About Anne Hakvoort

Anne advises her clients with great enthusiasm on matters relating to financial regulatory law and supports them in structuring proposed business and financing models within the framework of the Dutch Financial Supervision Act (Wet op het financieel toezicht) and European regulatory regimes such as the Prospectus Regulation, the Crowdfunding Regulation and the Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation (MiCAR). She has a particular focus on both traditional capital markets and digital (decentralised) financial markets.

Anne is a dedicated, focused and highly motivated lawyer with a transparent and direct approach. She is not afraid to speak up, takes on complex legal challenges head-on and draws energy from finding practical solutions within the legal framework.

Anne began her career at NautaDutilh, followed by Eversheds Sutherland, after which she became a partner at FG Lawyers. As of 2026, she is a partner at LYND Advocaten.

She is a member of the Dutch Association for Financial Law (Vereniging voor Financieel Recht). In addition, she is affiliated as a fellow with the International Center for Financial Law and Governance (Erasmus University) and serves on the editorial board of the Financieel Juridische Reeks published by Uitgeverij Paris.

Anne is registered in the practice area register of the Dutch Bar Association for Financial Law.
