Constant advises companies on complex senior-level dismissal cases, works council matters and challenging issues relating to remuneration and employment conditions. His focus is particularly on remuneration structures in the financial sector and on drafting remuneration policies that are both practical and robust—compliant with regulatory requirements while supporting business objectives. In addition, he represents bank employees in proceedings before the Banking Disciplinary Committee.
What distinguishes Constant is his ability to combine clear, practical advice with strategic guidance that genuinely helps clients move forward.
His approach is shaped by many years of experience at top-tier law firms (Loyens & Loeff and Van Doorne), his work as a lecturer at the University of Amsterdam and his publications in academic journals. This blend of practice and academic depth gives him a thorough understanding of both the subject matter and the challenges faced by his clients. Constant was a partner at VESPER Advocaten from 2019 and, as of 2026, at LYND Advocaten.
Constant is registered in the practice area register of the Dutch Bar Association for Employment Law.
