Freek Eveleens Maarse specialises in corporate law. He has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, joint ventures and venture capital. In addition, he advises on management and employee participation plans.

Freek began his career at Clifford Chance and Vriman M&A Lawyers. He later became a partner at VESPER Advocaten and, as of 2026, at LYND Advocaten.
